Inquests and Health and Safety Law
We have been providing specialist legal advice in relation to inquests and inquiries since 1998 and the team has evolved organically over the years to advise and specialise in the following areas:
- Complex multi-agency inquests, often involving Article 2
- Internal investigations following a death or serious incident
- Health and safety matters including HSE investigations and prosecutions
We are recognised for acting for Registered Providers of Social Housing (RPs), care providers, local authorities and charities.
We offer a tailored approach to all clients where we advise and support during every step of the inquest process, including risk management and the option of a risk report.
