The Renters’ Rights Act 2025

The Renters’ Rights Bill (now the Renters’ Rights Act 2025) received Royal Assent on 27 October 2025. This marks one of the most substantial overhauls of England’s housing sector in decades and brings significant changes, particularly to the private rented sector (PRS).
