We look forward to welcoming you to our Rent Standard 2026: Policy to Practice seminar at our London office.
With a new rent settlement soon to be in play, rent convergence to get to grips with and the same issues coming up time and again, we invite you to join us for an in-depth, in-person morning to discuss all things rent regulation.
Our Partner, Samantha Grix will host the session and will be joined by Head of Strategy from the Regulator of Social Housing as well as sector experts from Campbell Tickell and Savills.

Samantha leads on rent regulation and advises both private Registered Providers and local authorities (RPs) of all sizes. She has in depth knowledge of rent regulation, both historical and present, as well as the overarching regulatory framework applicable to RPs. Samantha regularly advises RPs on compliance on rent regulation and legislation, self-referral to the Regulator of Social Housing and advises on and undertakes investigations in respect of complex rent regulation matters. She also advises on the Consumer Standards and leads on Devonshires inquest practice.

Helen is a senior finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in housing association finance. She has worked extensively with Campbell Tickell as a Senior Associate Consultant since 2017, and in 2021 was appointed as a Director.
Helen leads Campbell Tickell’s finance consultancy offer and specialises in projects to ensure compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Rent Standard. CT have supported over 40 organisations in the last year with rent compliance. The work includes reviews of rent policy, and assurance reporting on compliance with the regulatory and legal framework, as well as checking annual increases. She also provides assurance on corrected rents and refunds. Example projects include validating total overcharges of £10m and different shared ownership lease terms.
Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
