Welcome

Hello! Welcome to our new HMPL brief. It only seems like five minutes ago that I was writing the last introduction back in March; how time flies when there is so much exciting change. We have seen the teams grow again with new members in all our offices. We have also seen lot of change in the sector in terms of changes afoot to Regulation; a raft of consultation and new and pending legislation. This brief brings you a flavour into the types of work we are dealing with, with the aim of passing on some top tips and good practice. We hope you enjoy our spotlight section where you can get to know Emilie and the Faces Behind the Devonshires team section so you can see what we have been up to. In the new year we’ll be looking to host some in-person events and can’t wait to see some of you there – watch this space for dates and venues!
