Devonshires' complete Awaab's Law package
Awaab’s Law is set to be implemented on 27 October 2025 and will initially require social landlords to address all emergency hazards and all damp and mould hazards that present a significant risk of harm to tenants within fixed timeframes.
Our below package will assist social landlords with making the necessary changes to policy/procedure and equip members of staff with the know-how relating to those changes and the requirements of Awaab’s Law ahead of implementation.
Our complete Awaab's Law package includes
- Review and revision of up to three policy/procedure documents
- Up to 2 hour bespoke remote training session, curated with oversight of our ILM accredited trainer.
- A handy guidance note on implementation of Awaab's Law.
Our fixed fee for the above package is £5,000 + VAT.
