Our complete DUA Act Review Package includes:
1. A review and revision of existing policies and procedures, namely:
- Data Protection Policy
- SAR Policy and Procedure
- Privacy Policy
2. The drafting of a complaints form to enable data subjects to contact your organisation with respect to a data complaint before contacting the Information Commission.
3. Associated ad-hoc advice (via telephone and email) to supplement the above work as the project advances.
Our fixed fee for the above package is £2,750 plus VAT.
