What is this session?
This session is an interactive workshop for Boards about the their role and the impact it has in driving diversity and inclusion within the organisation.

The workshop facilitators are Mushtaq Khan, the CEO of HDN, and Sharon Thandi from Devonshires.
Why take this workshop?
Boards play a pivotal role in setting the tone and guiding the strategic direction of an organisation when it comes to EDI. This session explores the board’s role and responsibilities in relation to EDI, the legal and regulatory drivers and how directors can strengthen their commitment to EDI through better governance.
