We act for Local Authorities, Registered Providers and other organisations in acquiring and selling street properties, particularly where there is a requirement to purchase or sell a large number in a short period of time.

We are able to resource acquisition and disposal programmes as required by clients and can leverage our experience and knowledge as well as using technology and AI to ensure that transactions are completed as quickly as possible.

We also have vast experience in advising on grant and management agreements for the acquisition of properties for temporary and supported accommodation as well as on regulatory issues, rent setting and tenancy management.
