Building Safety Act 2022

Five years in the making and more than 250 pages long, the provisions of the landmark Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA), which received Royal Assent 15 months ago, are slowly being brought into force.

An important section of the BSA – Section 156 – will come into force this autumn.
