Programme
The Building Safety Act 2022 has brought around one of the biggest shifts in legal landscapes for decades.
Following what can only be described as a seismic shift in public policy (following the Hackitt review, the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and numerous government consultations) the Building Safety Act, along with reams of associated regulations, will impact all corners of tall building ownership and management.
